Privacy Policy – Quick Alarm

Privacy Policy for Quick Alarm

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

Thank you for using Quick Alarm (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a transparent experience while using our mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Quick Alarm.

1. Information Collection and Use

Quick Alarm is designed with your privacy at the forefront. We do not collect, store, share, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII).

  • No User Accounts: You do not need to register, log in, or provide an email address to use the app.
  • Local Storage: Any custom timers, routines, or preferences you save (such as custom timer names or durations) are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or sync this data to external servers.

2. Device Permissions

To function correctly, Quick Alarm may request certain standard device permissions. These permissions are used exclusively for core app functionality locally on your device:

  • Exact Alarm Scheduling / Notifications: Required to ensure your alarms and countdown timers ring reliably on time, even when your device is locked, in Doze mode, or running in the background.
  • Foreground Services / Wake Lock: Used to maintain accurate countdown execution while the app is active or minimized.

We do not use these permissions to track your location, monitor your personal activity, or collect data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Unity Ads)

We use Unity Ads to display advertisements in our app. Unity Ads may automatically collect and use certain data from your device to provide, protect, and improve their advertising services, including device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data.

For more information on how Unity collects and processes data, please review the Unity Privacy Policy.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because Quick Alarm does not collect any personal information from anyone, it is fully compliant with children’s privacy standards, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
